The Villa is generally available by the week, stays of shorter duration may be available, contingent on that availability; longer stays are easily prorated. Normally, check-in time is 4:00 pm (AST) with check-out by 10:00 am. (AST). However, contingent upon availability, we will make every attempt to accommodate our visitor's vacation schedules.
